About SCVCS

The Safe-and-Sustainable-by-Design (SSbD) Chips Value Chain Services (SCVCS) initiative is a cutting-edge research infrastructure designed to transform how the global semiconductor industry manages environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance while maintaining data sovereignty across transnational borders, thereby achieving the proposed Regenerative Socio-Technical (RST) roadmap by ensuring a global semcononduer-petro-chemical value chain that is regeneratively accountable, environmentally safe, and even geopolitically resilient.

We tackle a critical challenge: bridging the disconnection between advanced manufacturing physics and absolute sustainability metrics through an Atoms-to-Law framework that integrates:

  • Physical metrology (nanoscale fabrication)
  • Cybernetic governance (edge-cloud computing)
  • Regulatory compliance (EU policy frameworks)
  • Financial innovation (green bonds & tokenized assets)

Autonomous Policy-as-Code workflows in secure TEE enclaves managing cross-border compliance.

Auditing & Asset Tokenization

Regeneratively accountable and environmentally safe accounting leveraging certified digital product passports for sustainable supply chains.


Partnership & Funding

SCVCS is seeking EU-ASEAN research partners and funding collaborators to:
